- Label thread colors and explain that a screen preview cannot reproduce thread texture.
- Check small lettering and fine details against your embroidery process.

Keep the approved preview with the order item. Your production team should also check the stitch file, thread selection, and machine setup; a customer approval does not replace a sew-out or production check.
